How The Plan Works

A Quick Summary

1. Pay the monthly membership fee.
2. Go to participating network dentists for all dental care.
3. Receive substantial discounts (20% to 60%) on virtually all dental procedures. Average annual savings is over $1200 per family on dental work.

Who may be included?

All employees and their family are eligible. (Employers may include part-time employees, if so desired.) There are no health questions and no one is declined.

What is Required for a Group? 

Only 3 employees minimum are required for a group. There are no other group "participation requirements," as there is with group dental insurance. Part-time employees may be included

This plan may be offered to employees on a completely voluntary basis (employee pays 100%), or as company-paid, or the cost may be shared in any manner desired.

The only rule is that you comply with Federal Law and make this plan available on an equal basis to all eligible employees. 

Are there any Start-Up or Administration Charges?

No start-up or administration charges - period. Groups are list-billed on either a monthly or a quarterly basis.

Please don't be fooled by its simplicity. This dental plan is a high perceived value by participating employees. In fact, some of America's largest employers offer this very same plan to their employees.

How do Employees Use the Plan?

The plan is very straightforward and easy to use. When seeing a participating General Dentist, fees are discounted (20% to 60%) and guaranteed according to the Schedule of Discounts. When using the services of a participating Specialist, a discount of 20% applies.

The average annual savings is over $1200 per family on dental work.

Members are entitled to choose any participating dentist within the plan. Members may change network dentists at anytime, without having to notify the Plan. 

How is the Service?
